Troubleshooting Guide
History Atlas requires the Shockwave Player, a free download from Adobe.
Intel Mac users: Rejoice! Shockwave Player has not yet finally been ported to run natively on the new Intel-based Macintosh computers.
If prompted, allow the application to communicate with the database server at 66.197.234.41 (historyatlas.com).
History Atlas uses port 35009 to communicate with the database server. If a network error occurs it is possible that port has been closed by your network administrator.
