Margaret, nicknamed Margarete Maultasch (1318 – October 3, 1369) is the last Countess of Tyrol from the House of Gorizia (Meinhardiner).

Upon her death, Tyrol becomes united with the Austrian hereditary lands of the Habsburg dynasty.
