Ninurta-tukulti-Ashur (Ninurta-tukultī-Aššur) is briefly King of Assyria in 1133 BCE.
He succeeds his father, the long-reigning Ashur-dan I, but the throne is very quickly usurped by his brother, Mutakkil-Nusku.
Ninurta-tukulti-Ashur is forced to go into exile in Babylonia, with which he had maintained friendly relations.
