Philip Lutley Sclater FRS FRGS FZS FLS (November 4, 1829 – June 27, 1913) is an English lawyer and zoologist.
In zoology, he is an expert ornithologist, and identifies the main zoogeographic regions of the world.
He is Secretary of the Zoological Society of London for forty-two years, from 1860–1902.
