Sébastien Rale, (or Râle, Rasle, Rasles) (or Sebastian), (January 4, 1657 – August 23, 1724), is a Jesuit missionary and lexicographer who works among the eastern Abenaki people.
He is stationed on the border of Acadia and New England and helps protect the border of Acadia by encouraging raids upon the British settlements in present-day Maine.
He eventually is killed by the British during Father Rale's War.
