Thomas Douglas, 5th Earl of Selkirk (20 June 1771 — 8 April 1820) was a Scottish peer.
He was born at Saint Mary's Isle, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland.
He is noteworthy as a Scottish philanthropist who sponsored immigrant settlements in Canada at the Red River Colony.
