Topa Inca Yupanqui or Túpac Inca Yupanqui, translated as "noble Inca accountant," is the second Sapa Inca (1471–93) of the Inca Empire, fifth of the Hanan dynasty, and tenth of the Inca civilization.

His father is Pachacuti, and his son is Huayna Capac.

Topa Inca belongs to the Qhapaq panaca (one of the clans of Inca nobles).

His wife is Mama Ocllo.
