The Labor leaders attempt to blame Abba Ahimeir of the Revisionist Party and specifically Abraham Stavsky and Zvi Rosenblatt.
At the trial, they are all eventually acquitted but the government refuses to reveal the details of the events.
Labor exploits the charge to incite hostility against Betar and the Revisionist movement in general.
