December 1611 CE
The truce between Sweden and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, signed in 1611 after the death of Charles IX, will last until 1617 (or November 1620: sources conflict).
During the next decade, the Commonwealth will be occupied by its war against Russia, its southern borders also endangered by the constant troubles with the Ottoman Empire in the Magnate Wars.
