The Vilayet of Scutari, Shkodër or Shkodra is a first-level administrative division (vilayet) of the Ottoman Empire that exists from 1867 to 1913, located in parts of what today is Montenegro and Albania.
In the late nineteenth century it reportedly has an area of 5,310 square miles (13,800 square kilometers).
