Fyodor II Borisovich Godunov of Russia (1589 - 10 June/20 June 1605) is a tsar of Russia (1605) during the Time of Troubles.

He was born in Moscow, the son and successor to Boris Godunov.

His mother Maria Grigorievna Skuratova-Belskaya is one of the daughters of Malyuta Skuratov, the infamous favorite of Ivan the Terrible.
