Manuel de Montiano y Luyando (January 6, 1685 – January 7, 1762) is a Spanish General and colonial administrator who serves as Royal Governor of La Florida and Royal Governor of Panama.

He defends Florida from an attack by British forces in 1740 and launches his own unsuccessful Invasion of Georgia during the War of Jenkins' Ear.
