Philip of Spain (March 15, 1720 – July 18, 1765) is Duke of Parma from 1748 to 1765.

He founds the House of Bourbon-Parma (a.k.a. the Bourbons of Parma), a cadet line of the Spanish branch of the dynasty.

He is a son-in-law of Louis XV.
