Richard of Shrewsbury, Duke of York (born on August 17, 1473), is the sixth child and second son of King Edward IV of England and Elizabeth Woodville, born in Shrewsbury.

He and his older brother, who briefly reigns as King Edward V of England, mysteriously disappear shortly after Richard III of England seizes the throne in 1483.
