Sima Yong (died 307), courtesy name Wenzai, is a Jin Dynasty (265-420) imperial prince and briefly a regent for Emperor Hui.

He is the seventh of eight princes commonly associated with the War of the Eight Princes.

His title is the Prince of Hejian, but he does not receive any posthumous names.
