Alessandria's synagogue on Via Milano is attacked by supporters of the Italian Social Republici on December 13, 1943.

Books and manuscripts are taken out of the synagogue and are set on fire at Piazza Rattazzi.

In total, forty-eight Jews will be sent from the province of Alessandria to death, most of them in Auschwitz.
