Greece will continue to seek full independence through diplomatic negotiations with the three Great Powers.
The London Conference, based on the Protocol of Poros, agrees on the protocol of March 22, 1829, which accepts most of the ambassadors' proposals but draws the borders farther south than the initial proposal and does not include Samos and Crete in the new state.
