Phraya Chakri attacks Nakhon Sri Thammarat in 1769, but gets stuck at Chaiya.

Once King Taksin notices the action, he sends his army to help capturing Nakhon Si Thammarat and finally wins.

In dealing with the Prince of Nakhon Si Thammarat, who is taken prisoner by the loyal Governor of Pattani, the King not only pardons him but also favors him with a residence at Thonburi.
