Al Rasheed, the House of Rashid, or the House of Rasheed are a historic dynasty of the Arabian Peninsula who rule the Emirate of Jabal Shammar, and the most formidable enemies of the House of Saud in Nejd.
They are centered in Ha'il, a city in northern Nejd that derives its wealth from being on the route of the Hajj; a city known for its trading, that absorbs many of the travelers that are bound to Mecca.
The rulers of this city are the sons of Abdullah Bin Rasheed.
