Artemisia II of Caria (died 350 BCE) is a sister, the wife and the successor of the king Mausolus.
She is a daughter of Hecatomnus, and after the death of her husband she reigns for two years, from 353 to 351 BCE.
Her administration is conducted on the same principles as the one of her husband, whence she supports the oligarchical party on the island of Rhodes.
