The daughter of Antiochus III the Great, King of the Seleucid Empire, and Queen Laodice III, she marries Ptolemy V, King of Egypt, in 193 BCE.
They have at least three children: Ptolemy VI, born in 186 BCE; Cleopatra II, born ca 187 - 185 BCE; Ptolemy VIII, born ca 184 BCE.
