Eriba-Adad II is King of Assyria from 1055 BCE to 1054 BCE.

He succeeded his father, Assur-bel-kala, but reigned for only two years before the throne was usurped by his uncle, Samshi-Adad IV, who later ruled for four years.

Beyond this, little is known of his reign.
