Harold Godwinson, or Harold II (c. 1022 – 14 October 1066), is the last Anglo-Saxon King of England.
Harold reigns from January 6, 1066 until his death at the Battle of Hastings on October 14, fighting the Norman invaders led by William the Conqueror during the Norman conquest of England.
