Augustus is confirmed as king Augustus III…
July 1736 CE
Augustus is confirmed as king Augustus III in what becomes known as the Pacification Sejm, held in June and July of 1736, and pronounces a general amnesty; Stanisław had signed the act of abdication six months earlier.
Michael Wiśniowiecki is rewarded: the king makes him the Grand Hetman (commander-in-chief) of Lithuania.
