1492 CE to 1503 CE
The Extravagantes communes, a compilation of canon law compiled around 1500, is the final piece in the six collections that constitute the universal church law for all of Western Christendom.
Eventually known as the Corpus Iuri Canonici ("Body of Canon Law"), it includes the Decretum of Gratian; the Decretales of Gregory IX; the Liber Sextus of Boniface VIII; the Clementinae; and the Extravagantes of John XXII.
