Dacia Ripensis (English translation: "Dacia from the banks of the Danube") is the name of Diocletian’s division of Dacia Aureliana, first established by Aurelian around 271, south of the Danube, after he withdraws from Dacia Traiana.
Ratiaria is the provincial capital.
