Count Alexey Petrovich Bestuzhev-Ryumin (June 1, 1693 – April 21, 1768), Grand Chancellor of Russia, is one of the most influential and successful European diplomats of the 18th century.

He is chiefly responsible for Russian foreign policy during the reign of Empress Elizaveta Petrovna.
