5th Umayyad Governor of Al-Andalus

Ayyub ibn Habib al-Lakhmi is the 5th Umayyad Governor of Al-Andalus, who succeeds his cousin Abd al-Aziz ibn Musa.
He rules for only six months, moving to Cordoba and made it the Capital of Muslim Iberia instead of Toledo (or Seville).
