Chremonides son of Eteokles, of Aithalidai, is an Athenian statesman and general.
He issues the Decree of Chremonides in 268 BCE, creating an alliance between Sparta, Athens, and Ptolemy II, the Macedonian King of Egypt.
This is a defensive alliance against King Antigonus of Macedon and leads to the Chremonidean War.
