Sir Henry Raeburn FRSE RA RSA (March 4, 1756 – July 8, 1823) is a Scottish portrait painter and Scotland's first significant portrait painter since the Union to remain based in Scotland.

He serves as Portrait Painter to King George IV in Scotland.
