Jesse B. Thomas

Jesse Burgess Thomas (1777 – May 2, 1853) is born in Shepherdstown, Virginia (now West Virginia).

He serves as a delegate from the Indiana Territory to the tenth Congress and later serves as one of Illinois's first two Senators.
