Margaret of Brabant (February 9, 1323–1368) is a countess consort of Flanders.
She is the second daughter of Duke John III of Brabant and Mary of Évreux.
She is the only child of Duke John to have children.
In 1347 she marries Duke Louis II of Flanders and on April 13, 1350, she gives birth to her only surviving child, Margaret III, Countess of Flanders.
Through this daughter, Brabant comes under the influence of Burgundy, when she marries Philip the Bold.
